For quality assurance and efficiency, most products sold on Whole System Healing are shipped directly to you from the manufacturers. We work with several manufacturers who have different return policies and warranties. Please scroll down to find the information relevant to your product.
We ask that you do not ship any returns to Whole System Healing as this would require us to forward the item to the manufacturer and charge you for the extra shipping. Simply call or email us first, we will obtain a Return Authorization code and pass it on to you along with detailed instructions. The manufacturer will contact us when they have credited our account, and we will promptly process your refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways. We are not liable for any damages to a product during return shipping so we do strongly advise you purchase shipping insurance. If you return an item to a manufacturer who does not allow returns on the item, we cannot process a refund.
